Anthony began his career in the restoration industry in 2002 with Rainbow and has worked up through various Operational and Technical roles culminating in him heading up the Technical & Training Division of Belfor UK in 2018 and forming part of the Belfor UK Senior Leadership Team, before setting up his own business ABC in 2022. In terms of key achievements there are too many to list but some of these include:

2007 & 2009 – dealing with both domestic and commercial wide area flooding across many parts of the country 
2010 – overseeing the UK team and supporting local colleagues tackling the recovery from a fire in the Moroccan Embassy in Africa.
2012 – completing technical restoration to structures and electrical control systems following a fire at a power station in Morocco, Africa.
2013 – Managing both Commercial and Domestic projects following wide area flooding in the UK
2014 – Providing technical support to the Research & Development facility of a large car manufacturer in the Midlands, following a serious fire at their plant. 
2014 – Completed complex drying works for International Distilleries in Scotland following wide area flooding.
2015 – Overseeing the UK team dealing with the recovery from a fire at Rome airport.
2017 – Writing and delivering Belfor’s inhouse water and fire training. 
2019 – Lecturer for the Insurance Institute of Ireland in Fire & Flood Restoration.
2021 – Responsible for the implementation and training of the digital contents solution for all business streams.
2022 – 2024 – successful completion of over 400 domestic and commercial claims with NO complaints.

Much of the impact Anthony has had in the industry is laid out above. It is evident speaking to colleagues that Anthonys support and knowledge has been, and still is, invaluable. His attention to detail and exacting standards continue to drive up performance and his desire to continually seek process improvements is unwavering. 
Anthony has achieved great respect throughout the industry both in the UK and globally, not only for his knowledge and technically ability but also for his structured approach to project management whilst keeping in mind and balancing both the customer needs and costs.
